No, because bleach is cytotoxic and not meant to be put directly on your skin. Antibacterial soap and warm water and vigorous rubbing should kill any germs on your hands. Many germs can't live for long on the surface of your skin.





Bleach is only meant to kill germs on surfaces, for example if there is a blood spill on the floor you would clean it with a bleach product (but you would wear gloves while doing it to prevent the bleach from getting on your skin).Is there a hand soap with bleach in it to kill infection only killed by %bleach?
no, and not necessary...good handwashing even with regular soap is enough to remove any organisms
