Is it safe to use hand sanitizer instead of soap and water after going to the bathroom?

I have little time to change classes and when i have to use the bathroom i can't stop to wash my hands so i use hand sanitizer instead, is it safe?Is it safe to use hand sanitizer instead of soap and water after going to the bathroom?

Trust me, you'd be disturbed at how many people don't wash or anything after using the toilet. If such behavior causes disease the way most of us have been brought up to believe, there would be a lot more illness.

its safe but im not sure if its safer
you know its good to use it from time to time ,but not all the time ,you do need to wash your hand sometimes because if we use something all the time the bacteria will be immune to it, its better to use it only when you in a hurry
