Nothing takes the place of good old fashioned soap for washing your hands.
I have read that using hand sanitizers too often can be more harmful as they kill all bacteria, even the good ones that are beneficial to you.
It's like when you take an antibiotic and then get the ';runs';. The antibiotic kills off all the baceteria in your bowels even the ones that are suppose to be there. That is why you get the ';runs';. Eating yogurt, drinking buttermilk will put those good bacterias back into your system.What do you think is more efficient: Hand sanitizer or hand soap?
I think soap is more efficient and it doesn't kill off all the good bacteria.
I like soap.
