Best hand soap for Mechanic?

Hey, any of you know a good hand soap with serious grit cleaner in it to clean mechanics hands? and get all of the black and gross stuff off?

I use dawn dish soap and a small spoon full of sugar. Nothing cuts grease like dawn and the sugar gives you grit. It works just as well but cheaper.
Lava or Goop. Both are good products.
