Can antibacterial hand soap cause I condom to be less effective?

I had sex two weeks ago and my boyfriend used a condom, pulled out before he ejaculated, and in between ';rounds'; he washed off his genitals and hands with an antibacterial hand soap dried up and put on a new condom. What is the possibility that I could be pregnant? Can antibacterial hand soap or any soap cause a condom to be less effective (say if some soap residue is still on him and gets onto the condom)??Can antibacterial hand soap cause I condom to be less effective?
Condoms work as a barrier between his body and yours. The only way the condom can be used less effectively is if the condom is punctured/broken, if the condom comes off during sex, or if he has an orgasm and does not change the condom before having sex again. Washing his hands and genitals, drying off, and putting on a new condom is not going to have any effect on the condom's ability to provide a barrier. Although, he might want to avoid using antibacterial soap on his genitals anyhow, since that kind of soap can be especially drying and it could get uncomfortable if he washes them frequently.
