How are the bottles of hand soap attached to the sinks in airline bathrooms??

I was on a plane a week ago and for the first time, I really took a look at the bottle of liquid hand soap that is stuck on the teeny weeny sink in the bathroom. How is it done?? The whole bottle seems to be affixed onto some kind of black plastic mini stage for itself. I noticed the bottle rotates a bit, but wouldn't budge when I gamely tried to pull up on it. I would have pulled harder, but you know how clean those airplane bathrooms are....any ideas? How are the bottles of hand soap attached to the sinks in airline bathrooms??
Hm... the stage is probably specially made for the airline soap bottle (have you ever seen anything like that on the ground?), and it probably has some sort of super-strong adhesive strip meant to hold the bottle in place during flights. Nothing too exciting...How are the bottles of hand soap attached to the sinks in airline bathrooms??
They make something similar for motor homes so that your soap doesn't roll around when you are driving. It is basically a base that is attached to the sink with a super strong adhesive. The bottle itself is replaceable when empty and it is removed by squeezing and turning at the same time. The base always stays put. Maybe with airplanes the base is attached as the plane is built.
