Is it okay if I use Ivory liquid hand soap to clean it? Also, is it okay if i use H2Ocean sea salt spray in addition to soap?

Generally - hand soap isn't good for piercings at all.
H2Ocean is quite good by itself.
Spray it on, let it soak, and gently wipe of the parts you need cleaned.

its normal for the chaffing, its just the skin trying to heal but don tuse ivory soap on it . use sea salt and warm water twice a day and do not put cream. Try to keep other soap of of it.. the other soaps will dry it out and make it peel and chaffe more.
