Seriously, I'm not looking for cynical answers about how people are stupid. Are there regulations that dictate this? Are there laws requiring hygiene products to come with instructions? Are there liability issues? Idle speculation is okay, but I'm actually hoping that somebody knows the real answer to this. I mean, the one that made me think of this says to ';pump desired amount of product into hands,'; so it isn't even there to tell you how much to use!Why are there instructions on hand soap?
This is a CYA issue.
