Ingested hand antibacterial soap?

If some splashed onto my lips and face while washing my hands, could i get sick? I read on the back of the bottle and it said, if ingested, get medical attention and that scared me.Ingested hand antibacterial soap?
Im sure you will be fine. It just means don't drink it. Or down the bottle. A splash wont hurt nothing.

      personally I don't think so because if so then millions of people would have been in the hospitals and soaps would be banned on throughout the country :). No worries about it :)
