When washing dishes by hand is there any health risks when you don't rinse them after the soap wash.?

In other words, can the soap scum be harmful? When washing dishes by hand is there any health risks when you don't rinse them after the soap wash.?
Yes, by not rinsing thoroughly, your leaving bacteria and the soap behind which are causes of diarrhea and vomiting at the best. Why would you leave this behind? If your not sure after you rinse with the hot water and get all the food off the dishes then give them a final rinse with cool water. It breaks the soap down better than hot or warm. I know it sounds weird, but it's true. I hope this hint will help you. When washing dishes by hand is there any health risks when you don't rinse them after the soap wash.?
In that small of an amount, soap isn't poisonous, but it tastes nasty. It could make whatever you eat/drink from the dish next time have a bad flavor. It could also make you foam at the mouth, lol. (not really!)
no - soap is what eliminates the bacteria / germs from the dishes. Soap dosn't contain anything harmful.
