well even the anti bacterial kills all bacteria... the good and bad ones on your hands... so be sure to watch out for that kind of stuff
Soap, by it's very molecular structure, *IS* anti-bacterial. So it doesn't have to have other ingredients added to make it ';anti-bacterial.'; I think it's overkill.
