I have a dispenser with pump and I have essencial oils but how can i get it to foam? I mean i have the foaming pump but dont I need a saponificated oil?
any help is appriciated. I would love to get started in making this foaming hand soap with this oil ive got.....What else do I need for foaming hand soap recipe?
i dont think oils can foam. Can they?
