I would suggest Arbonne's Intelligence Cleansing Gel. It's a very mild substitute for hand soap. It's hypoallergenic and extra moisturizing. Another benefit to this product you might be interested is it's lack of mineral oil. As a result, it doesn't form soap scum in your sink - or in your drains for that matter.

I love it.

A Canadian soap that is great is called 'CANUS'. They make bar soap and liquid soap, body wash, lotions and hand creams. They are made of goats milk, and have a wonderful fragrance. They can often be bought at places like CVS pharmacies, or http://www.drugstore.com

CANUS is the brand name.
Dove Moisturizing hand soap in the pump bottle is pretty good. Have you tried using hand cream after wash your hands? That would be easiest. Aveeno makes excellent hand cream.
Dove soap has always work for me. I even use is on my babies and it works well. Its very gentle.
