Where can I find a round, hard hand soap mounted on the wall?

It is pretty common in France, it is a lovely wall-mount with an oval soap. You keep it near the sink (bath or kitchen) and just run your wet hands on it.Where can I find a round, hard hand soap mounted on the wall?
You can order them from the website below. However it would be a very simple DIY project.Where can I find a round, hard hand soap mounted on the wall?
Hard soaps hold onto bacteria. Best to use a dispenser. Take your favorite bar of soap, cut it with a knife or grate it with a cheese grater. Place it in a large measuring bowl with some water and heat in a microwave 1 minute at a time until the soap is dissolved, adding water if needed. Take an empty pump dispenser, pour in the soap mixture. Fill with warm water if necessary and swish it around. Replace the pump when the mixture has cooled down or you could melt the plastic tube.
I dont like dispensers.

Edit:

Oops. Sorry, Umm..I dont know, there are some things that are not sold internationally, but try ebay.
